As the Chief Operations Officer at DreamOn Studios, Alexis leads the charge in streamlining systems, empowering teams, and bringing operational clarity to our fast-moving creative environment. With a deep background in agency and nonprofit work, she brings the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring every department runs with excellence and intention.
Before stepping into her new role, Alexis served as Chief of Staff, helping lay the foundation for DreamOn’s growth by supporting leadership, improving workflows, and keeping our mission front and center. Her past experience includes working with global organizations like World Vision International, Compassion International, The Seed Company, and Tyndale House Publishers—producing films that have reached millions and driven real impact. She also served as the Agency Producer at OX Creative and worked in the Ministry Operations & International Department at the Global Leadership Network.
Outside of work, Alexis is all about family life. Married to her best friend, Seth, she is a proud boy mom to three wild boys—Ezra, Elias, and Evander. When not wrangling kids, Alexis enjoys traveling, cooking, and hosting!
