Melissa Elsner joined DreamOn Studios in June 2025 to bring order and warmth to the heart of our operations. As the first point of contact for everyone who visits the studio, Melissa ensures each guest is greeted with a welcoming experience that leaves a lasting impression. That same care shows up in the way she anticipates the needs of our team. Her organizational mindset and attention to detail help to keep our workflows efficient.
Before joining DreamOn, Melissa worked at her alma mater, Grace College, where she supported both the admissions and advancement teams through a wide range of relational and administrative responsibilities. Through those roles, she developed a love for hospitality, sharpened her administrative skills, and learned how thoughtful systems can make people feel seen and supported.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, David, often decorating or working on projects around their home. She also enjoys thrifting, tending to her plants, exploring local coffee shops, and hosting friends and family.
